Having Seb Frey Realtor helping us purchase our first home was the best thing that happened to us. Seb was professional and extremely patient. We saw a total of 31 houses until we found the right one. We also lost 6 bids in the bidding war zone. Seb was very supportive. We were so sad, that we were thinking to rent again and not purchase a house. Seb was supportive and gave us advise how to place a bid for a house and explained us that the market was very competitive right now. Seb continued to assist us with a lot of patience until we found our first home. I’m happy I listened to Seb and did not rent again. My family and I love Seb! Seb is a wonderful human being who really cares about his clients, family and friends. His knowledge and experience in real estate really shows in the way he listens to and communicates with people. He knows what to look for(and look out for) when buying and selling homes, and how to match the right home to the buyer. Never once have we felt pressured or unsure about the home buying experience when working with Seb. Always relaxed and reassured that we are in good hands. Seb also has positive working relationships with professionals in related fields and helped us find a great lender, plumber and termite inspector for our property.
