Wonderful agents to work with and very helpful. Would definitely use them again. Held open houses and listened to all our needs and wants. Great at giving advice and about getting the home ready to sell. We had moved out of town while house was listed so they were a great point of contact in making sure house was locked up and taken care of. They were especially helpful in negotiating the sale of home and getting things fixed after the inspection. Was thankful for their help when trying to get things done from out of town.

We cannot say enough about how wonderful Jason is to work with. He is courteous, professional, reliable, and prompt with responses and follow up items. As first time home buyers, he was patient with our search process and we were grateful for his extensive experience and exceptional knowledge about real estate. We really appreciated how he is able to quickly identify issues with homes and accurately anticipate what corrective action could be taken. He even continued to follow up with us after closing to help make our transition smooth.

Jason Sharpsteen was awesome to work with on the sale of my house. I moved KC temporarily for work in January and started the home buying process late February. Joe was EXTREMELY helpful and very patient, I lost count of how many houses we viewed until we found the right one! He won't try to push you to buy a house you don't like, like some other companies do because they want a quick process. He walked us through every step (VA AND we are a first time home owner!) and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I can't recommend Joe enough and if you are looking for an agent that will lookout for you Joe is your man!
