After dealing with stucco repair companies who don’t communicate or don’t show up, Dave was a breath of fresh air. He gave me a quote for some stucco repair and texturing due to plumbing work and new windows. Pricing was fair and we understood clearly what his quote included. His team showed up on time and did the work. I noticed one thing that was missed and Dave was quick to address it to my satisfaction. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again!

Wow I don't know how these guys have all 5 star reviews. I called the owner and he gave me a quick quote which was great. He then informed me that for a repair smaller than half of my hand the minimum is 350 not including cost of paint and it will take them a hour to do. That's highway robbery. Why do these guys thing they get to make 350 per hour. Then I asked when they could do the work if I hire them. He told me sometime at the end of the week not a specific day. I asked him again and he told me he can't tell me what day unless I hire them first. I will go with someone else. I got a better quote and a actual appointment with a solid date moments later.

I don't typically write reviews but I need to let others know how good MD construction is. I needed some stucco repairs done on my house. I reached out to 3 companies and decided to go with MD because I just felt comfortable with Dave when he came out for the estimate. He provided the quote in a day and while his wasn't the cheapest I felt more comfortable than I did with the others. I am so glad I decided to go with MD because the quality and detail of their work was phenomenal. I had 6 different places that needed repairs and I am honestly telling anyone the work they did was beyond words. I am typically hard to please as I am a control freak but when Dave Jr gave me the final walk through I was floored. Each spot was flawlessly done and the way they tied it in to match my existing stucco pattern was impeccable. All I could do was shake my head in amazement....these guys are true professionals. If you have stucco work that needs attention you'd be doing yourself a disservice to not use MD. I don't know if there are equal or better companies out there but I know for a fact you will be impressed and satisfied with MD.

I had 5 companies come out for estimates, and MD construction was chosen to complete stucco repair on my house. Excellent company and really hard working men. I told the owner he was lucky to have such a good crew. He agrees! The work was completed within 2 days, and I feel very fortunate to have picked them! I am highly recommending this company for stucco repair
