Key. N.5 StarI worked with Mark Smalls on getting into the house I'm currently am in and cannot explain how thankful for him I am. I originally was working with a realtor from another realty group and was taken advantage of. On the move in date, my deposit had already been taken, but I was left without a place to live after driving hours with a 16' truck with my car attached. I reached out to Mr. Smalls and we went to tour many beautiful homes. Understanding my situation, Mr. Smalls worked hard to help get me into a home quickly without putting me in a home that where I would have to sacrifice safety or aesthetics. Mr. Smalls is very familiar with Philadelphia as he was born and raised here, and gives great advice for newcomers like myself.
