With Tamika’s help, I was able to find and buy a multi-unit in a great neighborhood! She did a great job staying on top of all the paperwork, communication between myself and the seller agent, etc. Once I saw the house i wanted to buy, she did everything in her power to make sure I got it...and at a reasonable price! I would say I lucked out with Tamika as an agent. Not only does she deliver superb customer service, she makes you feel very comfortable during the home buying process (which can be very scary). During our time searching for the perfect multi-unit home (amidst co-vid I might add), I never felt unsafe in any of the home visits. She made sure many of the homes were sanitized before I entered.
