Tara was an absolute joy to work with. As a first time home buyer, she made the process as fun as it was easy. From the searching process right up until closing day, Tara was always there to lend a helping hand and diligent when questions arose. During the unprecedented times of 2020, Tara was very aware and cautious to make everyone involved feel safe and comfortable, while also doing an amazing job. I would recommend Tara to anyone who is in the market to buy a new home.

These people are amazing! They walk you through step by step and help you with everything they can! We were never confused or worried in any part of the home buying process, and it was our first time home! Audra was our agent and she still keeps in contact and is always helpful if I need a referral for anything home related. They are so wonderful, and they’re so honest.

If you are looking for a professional who will tell you the whole truth, this is not the realtor for you. We found ourselves having to fact check Tara on several occasions, as she only told us the version of the truth that was most convenient for her. This is not the team that will make the home buying or selling process easier on you. I do want to note that John was a pleasure to deal with, however, you cannot deal with John without Tara.

If there were a 100-start option, I would give Home Key Real Estate Group at Compass that with no hesitation. Many and special thanks to Donna Fletcher. As a realtor, she has done a splendid job from the very beginning to the end. And the owner Tara Hendricks! She had been a great helper in every step we took. In my years of professional business life, I have not seen such an organized and professional company. I had worked with a few real estate agents before I met Donna from HomeKey. I wasted a lot of time with the others! She is a great listener that can relate to your needs. She also helped us save money by foreseeing the appraisal amount. There are many things I would like to write about The HomeKey! Communication is excellent. Every single HomeKey Real Estate Group at Compass member has done an amazing job. They notify you for everything you need step by step. They are excellent problem solvers! I had many issues during my closing process and I couldn't have figured it out without their help. I wouldn't be a homeowner right now if it weren't for them. They backed me up when my lender couldn't do his job on time and as a first time home buyer, I highly recommend The HomeKey. This company is literally the homeland of honesty, professionalism, communication, problem solving and respect. In short, don’t waste your time searching for other companies!

I have not gone to contract with HomeKey Real Estate Group and Tara yet. Tara has given me great information and set me on the right path. If and when I am ready, I will certainly use Tara and HomeKey Real Estate Group. I found found her to be very forthcoming with her answers and I appreciate her honesty.
