Ken K5 StarSheri and her team recently completed the second and third sales I have closed with them. I was so pleased with my first deal, selling my home, in 2014 that there was never any question about giving Sheri the business selling my two rental properties. Her team is amazing and literally always made me feel that I was their only client (despite the fact that they are always very busy). Sheri is never shy about sharing her opinion and pushing back hard on buyers' agents when needed. At the same time, she helped me several times to "keep my eye on the ball" and not respond to buyers or their agents in anger no matter how much they appeared to lie or act in bad faith. Sheri is supremely confident and she must be a good team leader and trainer because her team is totally devoted to serving their business and clients.
