Moving is always stressful, but Scott and Manavi made the sale of our townhome as easy as they could for us. They were both very professional and came to our first meeting with lots of prepared research. They were always very responsive to any questions we had and made an awesome promo video for our house to post on social media. They are strong negotiators and helped us stay firm on a price we had in mind. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in the DMV.

Manavi and Scott Boeser were wonderful to work with. After living in our home in Northern Virginia for almost 15 years, we needed to sell it due to a work relocation. The home was solid and in a great neighborhood, but it needed some attention. Manavi and Scott showed up to our first interview with all the research on surrounding properties, but they were the only realtors to ask at the beginning of the interview what our goals were and what we wanted to achieve with the home sale. After going through the process of finding a new home in a new location, we knew the value of first impressions when looking at many homes on the internet and in person, as well as our personal desire to move into a “move-in ready” home. We told Manavi and Scott that we wanted our house to shine and to have a “Wow!” impression to buyers when it was placed on the market. Manavi and Scott shared excitement in our vision. They recommended contractors to do some remodeling, and then they took care of all the details from there. Manavi and Scott helped identify must-do and nice-to-do remodeling, they were interested in controlling costs as much as I was, and they provided excellent advice on the items with the best return on investment. They have a fantastic eye for modern decorating/colors/styles, and I left all the details to them without any reservations. Their entire team was awesome! Everyone including the remodeling contractor, the staging consultant, and the title team coordination was excellent! The home sold on the first day it was placed on the market with multiple offers. The home was beautiful and we felt happy that a new family could take pride in the home and the neighborhood as much as we did. My wife and I both highly recommend Manavi and Scott to anyone selling a home in Northern Virginia!
