I applied for a rental in Wayne, PA and scheduled my tour with Henry for 3:30 today (3/28). I called Henry when I arrived and he told me he forgot about our showing entirely, but he would be on his way asap. I waited until 5:00 for Henry to show up. 5 minutes into the tour Henry invites a woman upstairs to also tour the apartment . He then mentions as I’m leaving that the landlord has narrowed it down to 2/5 applicants so I would still be able to apply but need to hurry….meanwhile I applied already and paid my $40, and told Henry this on the phone yesterday. So not only did I get completely forgotten by Henry in terms of my appointment but he must have completely disregarded our entire phone conversation about how I had already applied. And the audacity to invite someone else to tour the apartment last minute while I am there after I waited 1.5 hours is ridiculous and the cherry on top.
