We just closed on our home sale that Jim Fussell and his team handled for us…and when I say handled, that includes taking full responsibility of orchestrating all aspects of preparing the home with paint contractors and carpenters, etc. to ensure that the home was in top condition for showing. Moving is always a pain especially when you move across the State, having reached a senior age, lived in the house you are abandoning for 35 years with a lot of stuff we shouldn't have purchased in the first place. A challenge to say the least. This is where one needs professional help; we got it from Jim Fussell and his group. Words I would use that best describe the Fussell Group is their listening to the homeowner, their friendship, and their professional approach. I recently worked with Catherine Otterstein as my realtor. She was very attentive and kept in constant contact with me through the entire home buying experience from start to finish. She is very friendly and listens well to what you are looking for in a home but is also honest about the market and what to expect and will not push you into purchasing a home above your budget or that is not a good fit.
