We moved to NY so we are selling our house in VA. Having Kathleen as our realtor was the best decision we made in this process. We worked with Kathy and Paul to sell our condo and buy a new single-family home in the DC-metro area. Kathy and Paul did a wonderful job both in helping us find a new house and in selling our condo. When there was a hiccup with the financing for the buyer of our condo, they went above and beyond both to get everything cleared up, and even reduced their commission to help make up for the difference. They were also extremely knowledgeable and helpful in recommending contractors and other experts for repairs and upgrades.
