Absolutely LOVE Shannon & Scidney. I would recommend them to EVERYONE. They have been with us every step of the way; from starting our home updates to listing, to closing on our sale, and getting 35k over asking. They definitely know what they are doing. This was our first selling and buying experience. It has been quite the daunting experience but Scidney has continuously reassured us. He has said to “trust them” so many times that I don’t even give him the opportunity to say it again. I just beat him to it with “I know, I trust you”. Any question we have had has been met with understanding. I’ve never felt like any of our questions were “stupid” questions or that I should have known the answer. Shannon gave us a list of things to update within the budget that we had. We ended up going a little over by our own choice and it definitely paid off. When it came time to have pictures done, Scidney came over to just check on things and ended up helping us pack and move some last remaining items that we hadn’t gotten to. He has even offered to move things to storage. He will go above and beyond and that’s just who he is. They are both GENUINE and HONEST people. My experience with them has been so wonderful that I’m going to finish what I started years ago and get my real estate license. We don’t consider them our “agents” we call them our friends.

Personal, professional, experts in their field, and incredibly hard working. RVAs premiere power couple realtors. TLDR: If you wonder how a realtor "earns their keep" they will show you how. I've sold 2 homes and bought 2 homes with them. 15K over asking, 25K over asking, and both purchases happened within my budget for exactly what I wanted. Shannon acts and the seller while Scidney is the buyer. These two go to every length for their clients. My story with them is extensive and spans 6 years. While I'm now bias, I've learned to blindly trust their recommendations and then sit back and enjoy the spoils. Yes, I spent money to fix a list Shannon provided to sell. Then she staged, cleaned and worked magic. Even before the crazy market here their houses sell for more and required less work on the sellers behalf. You will get top dollar if you follow their lead. Scidney will literally go to any length necessary to help you. He's met with contractors on site while we were out of town to facilitate repairs, agreements, and even takn care of lawn maintenance. He's ensured that offers I've placed are strong, and meet my investing or budgeting requirements. I hope you get the privilege to work with them one day. The Murray Morris Group exceeded our expectations from start to well after finish. Shannon was everything you would want from a listing agent and more. I am especially thankful to her for handling all the daily back and forth communications (multiple) from our very high strung buyers with patience and respect. Scidney went above and WAY beyond by stepping in while I was out of town on a very poorly time business trip to help my wife finish up some of the last minute To Do items and move furniture around for aesthetic reasons.
