They didn’t go through what it means to put in an offer, it was if you want to possibly buy you need to put an offer in and then with that offer you can go ahead and expect a 7 day window. Well they asked for $500 earnest money that I had to put up and when we went to the house and decided it wasn’t for me the real estate agent said ok (still haven’t heard back from her) and I lost my $500 earnest money which I obviously didn’t know was even a thing that could happen. Terrible professionalism and very very bad with communication except when it’s about locking in an offer...which I was called 5 times in 10 minute interval at 7:30 AM to lock in an offer...terrible business
