I pride myself on being a one stop shop assisting buyers and sellers in fulfilling their dreams and goals in real estate. I have worked with hundreds of clients, by offering free home buying workshops, educating them on the importance of homeownership,  walking hand in hand with them to overcome credit challenges, learning to budget, informing them of grants and resources available to them and getting sellers top dollar for their home. I’ve been blessed to reach great heights in my real estate career thus far..... Living life on purpose has always been important to me. I love using my God given gifts to help others. I have always been extremely passionate about financial literacy. Buying a home is one of the biggest investments one will make, also the greatest way to build generational wealth for your family. I love navigating my clients through the deeper process of home ownership by helping them understand the true benefits they will reap down the line.

I'm going to share my experience even though I don't close until tomorrow. I was trying to get pre-approved for a mortgage threw someone else and I was getting nowhere. I already heard of Tia from a fellow employee at my job. So I took a chance and reached out to her. Let me say I am SO glad I did because in less than 3 months I am on my way to be a homeowner!!! Tia and her entire crew of people are so professional, kind, and understanding to all of your needs. I wasn't the easiest person house shopping but Tia was patient with me until I found the right house for me. Thank you Tia and everyone else that made my homeownership go from a dream to a reality!

I discovered Tia through a home buying workshop. From the presentation she gave, I could automatically tell that she was the person I wanted to help me find a home. My goal was to find a home before the year ended, and I had a feeling that Tia could get it DONE! Tia was indeed a pleasure to work with! Being a first time home buyer was scary, because I couldn't find a lender I trusted and the realtors I met didn't seem like they cared. I was ready to give up and take break but my sister-in- law told me about this amazing realtor who really "Understands the assignment."
