We had a great experience working with Tim. We were out of town buyers so his knowledge of the area was very helpful in making a decision regarding location. He was very patient, as I can be a little picky and very specific about what I want. Lol. He also connected with me with another lender when Wells Fargo was creating challenges to allow for a quick closing. Tim also checked on the house for us after we purchased it, as it was sitting vacant for awhile. Additionally, he coordinated with contractors to clean the gutters and take care of the yard for us since we were not there. I will definitely use Tim again if I buy or sell in the area. He definitely went above and beyond.
