Tim listed our house for more than we had anticipated and managed to sell it for $25,100 over asking in just 7 days! He made the whole process simple by coordinating with painters and contractors so we didn't have to take time off of work. He helped us figure out the best parts of the house to declutter prior to showings and worked tirelessly to make sure that the house was set up for every single showing. We could not have asked for a better experience!

I just had the settlement for the sale of my home and had the BEST experience working with Tim Owen as my realtor. Tim got me $80,100 above my asking price in just a couple days on the market, which set the new record highest sale price for a twin/semi-detached home in Mt. Airy! Tim has an incredibly deep knowledge of real estate and design. For my wife and I, that was a winning combination when choosing a realtor. Sellers and buyers recognize his acumen and savviness immediately and I believe that contributes greatly to his success. He is also very dedicated. This was the 3rd time working with Tim. Tim recommended what I needed to do to get my home ready for the market. Tim scheduled and oversaw the contractor work start to finish. Tim got me $12,000 upfront with no fees or interest from Compass Concierge. Which is an absolutely amazing service to cover the cost of getting your home ready. Tim got me 7 offers and the house sold in only 3 days on the market. He got me $16,500 over asking and $81,500 more than my home appraised for. Tim is an absolute pleasure to work with. Very personable and easy to get along with. Easily accessible via text, email and phone. Not afraid to jump in and get his hands dirty as well. I do not know where to start because this guy is so totally awesome. He is very responsive. Tim recommended exactly what my home needed in order to sell. He brought contractors to do the work and they completed within two weeks and my home was on the market. Tim defines Concierge on a new level. My home sold the very first day for $25,100 over asking. My favorite part was that I needed light bulbs in the living room and Tim personally went to Home Depot and picked out all the bulbs and installed them. He went way above and beyond what I ever dreamed to ensure a fast sell. He even gave me a gift at closing. I highly recommend Tim to buy or sell your home.
