**Edited to add and update Feb 2020** Trailwood Realty has helped me find fantastic investment properties, as well as sell and purchase yet another home for our family. They really are a pleasure to work with!** I have used Dawn as a property manager for a rental property, and as a buyer and seller agent. She is incredibly knowledgeable of the housing market in the Triangle, and very easy to work with. For property management, for a fantastic rate I no longer had to worry about maintaining my rental property. She quickly found renters, and offered great advice. As our buyer's agent, she was very patient and in tune with our wants and needs. Dawn found us a great home. As our seller's agent, I took her advice in making updates in my former rental property to prep it for sale. Priced at within her suggestion, I had two full price offers within the first week of showing, and closed within a month. Can't recommend her enough!

Dawn is a brilliant rental agent. Since I live in England, I rely on her a great deal and she has gone out of her way to help me get the condo ready for rental in my absence. Over the three years Dawn has been managing my property, I have not had any gaps between tenancies, everything is in excellent order and she has kept me informed throughout, taking the worry out of having a property in another country. It's great to know that someone you trust is looking after things for you when you can’t be there yourself.
