We just sold a property to Triangle Homes & Rehab of Garner, NC. It was a completely positive experience. We talked with or met 3 THR employees. Each and very one was polite, friendly, and professional. The closing was smooth and they worked around our schedules to find a suitable closing date. Their attorneys handled the closing and they, also, were easy to work with. My experience in dealing with THR is 100% positive. I have already shared their contact information with a friend who is looking to sell a property “as is.” I will definitely contact THR if I have other property to sell.

From the time I received their letter in the mail offering to purchase my home, Working with Triangle Home & Rehab was very straightforward. It was a very no hassle process. Sydney was very attentive to me throughout the process and extended every possible courtesy to me. All I had to do was move out and they handled the rest. THR was both patient, helpful, and friendly when we ran into a significant problem that stood in the way of the closing on my home. THR seen me through it and we closed despite a small delay that was no fault of the THR team or my own. Thanks a million THR!
