Such a great experience with the Vantage Real Estate! Vince Ceroli and Monica Walsh worked together to get me the perfect space in a short amount of time. This was my first time leasing a commercial space and luckily I found a team that was professional, friendly and approachable. Vince really understood what I was looking for, and the space he found met all needs. Monica helped with all my questions regarding the lease and met with me multiple times to get things signed, notarized and delivered. Andrea, the office manager, also went above and beyond to help move things along. I would definitely recommend the whole team.

Our location in Woodbury experienced a fire which created an immediate need for us to obtain new office space. Within 24 hours of the event, Ken had locations lined up for us to tour. We signed a new lease with Ken and the team at Vantage within a couple of weeks to get us up and running and minimize our downtime. Ken took the time to understand what we needed, knew our urgency, and only showed us properties that fit our needs. He didn’t waste our time, but helped us to up and running again very quickly.
