We interviewed multiple realtors and decided to go with Vito. It was a good decision as he sold the house at a record high number for the nearby area. What more can one ask for? We are especially impressed as the whole process was done remotely. We just met him once in person for a walk through to decide on what to do and he and his team took care of the rest. Sure, there were lots of email communications necessary, but the result speaks for itself. If you want to sell your house in San Jose, he is the one to go to.

I could not be more happy about our decision to sell my house with Vito. Vito and his team managed all the work ( a lot) needed on our house before we sold it. They communicated all details of bids, etc., and let us make the final decisions. Then Vero and her staff did an amazing job staging the house. It was beautiful. Vito is an effective, highly attentive, and motivated real estate agent. Being so happy with his services and level of engagement with the sale of our home in San Jose, we decided to have him to represent us in the purchase of our next home in Northern Monterey County. Direct, honest, and helpful with getting our house on the market, Vito engaged a number of contacts who provided services to help ensure the house showed as well as possible. We were able to get top dollar for our home and were in contract for sale within a few days of our open house. In addition he helped us find and negotiate our new home using the same patience and clear knowledge demonstrated as a selling agent. Vito himself was excpetionally engaged in our transaction and provided not only support for the ins and outs of the sale/purchase, but emotional support for the trauma that is uprooting your life.
