Wow! Wendy made buying a house such a breeze! I was new to home buying and have heard horror stories from family and friends about terrible agents. Wendy was professional and personal. She never made me feel uncomfortable and helped every step of the way. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from making the offer, to working with the mortgage banker. This made it easy to move into my house in less than a month. Very professional, experienced and helpful! Highly recommend!

My husband and I found the perfect home, thanks to our agent Wendy Moffit!! :D As first time home buyers, it was very stressful at times and Wendy made our times of uncertainty become a certainty. Out of State or out of district?! Wendy can help! Not only did Wendy find us an agent to use but she made the transaction very seamless. When it was time to buy and sit down with the docs She saved us from paying 1000.00’s! We are lucky she is family but we had no idea just how much she was going to be able to help us in Fredericksburg VA. Even though we had our Fredericksburg agent (who Wendy referred) we knew that all info we would run by Wendy so that we could make sure we had an understanding of the process and information that was been given to us from both Lender and Realtor. Wendy explained Contract and other documents very thoroughly, and informed us of incentives we had no idea were even available to us.
