Wendy & her team helped my wife and I buy our house in 2014. Throughout the eight years we owned it, we consistently reached out to Wendy to ask advice on upgrade to make on our house, as well as appropriate budgets for projects. She gave insightful and direct answers, that helped us update the house we love, while ensuring it was a project we would get our money back on when we sold. During the selling process, Wendy & her team conducted a first class execution preparing our house for market, supporting the showings, and establishing a game plan to ensure we received top offers for our home. My family was out of town in-between showings, and our sump pump motor for our French Drain burned out in the middle of a rain storm. During the storm, Wendy first sent her husband over to fix what he could, and then scheduled the maintenance to fix the rest.
