I stopped into the location on 72nd street today, less than 10 min. before they closed looking for 1 replacement valance clip. I kinda figured it was a long shot that I was going to be able to find it locally and was going to have to resort to ordering them online. I had searched online and found the ones I needed, but of course they came in quantities larger than what I needed or wanted. The gentlemen in the back office had started to give me the name of another store that would probably have what I was looking for, but then he asked me to show him what I was looking for and w/o hesitation he said “hold on a second...lemme go look and see if I may have any of those in the back!” A few minutes passed and he returned and I was 100% expecting him to say he didn’t have what I was looking for...but instead...it was like Christmas morning! He DID have the clip I needed!! Yaay!! I was so excited, I coulda hugged him!! I thank him repeatedly and asked him if I could pay him for it, and he kindly said, no, no it’s ok...you can have it for free! It’s the little things like this that can just make your day! Thank you again for your help and generosity!!

First time going to world of windows and we had been driving all over St Pete trying to find a a door hinge that broke for our pgt sliding door and Daniel was our savior ! He was so friendly and knows his products . He had the piece we were looking for and saved the day! Thank you so much for your kindness and Willingness to help us with our difficult problem. I highly recommend them if your looking for any window or door needs!

We used World of Windows for new hurricane impact resistant sliding windows, and we found them terrific! The salesmen (thanks Bob) were great, the price outstanding, and the installation went great. They were patient and went through options with us. Would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

World of Windows is a top-notch company! They replaced 8 of our windows as well as our pool bathroom door. The windows look beautiful; we ordered CWS with a traditional style grid. The windows are easy to open and close, and my wife and I are so happy to have the added security of impact rated windows. The pool bath door has a window with blinds built into the impact glass, perfect to allow a view of the pool or control privacy (and never a need to clean the blinds!). Our salesman, Bob Royall, was superb to work with! He was informative, knowledgeable, and friendly. Bob was eager to match us with the window style and brand that would fit our budget and look that we were going for. We highly recommend working with Bob. The install team did a fantastic job as well and were pleasant and helpful. My wife and I will definitely use World of Windows again when we're ready to replace the rest of our windows.
